Chef Dawn & Coach Kenzie are both professionally trained in culinary arts - and, no… that doesn’t mean we’ll be whipping up complicated recipes! In fact, we pride ourselves on finding simple ways to create chef-approved dishes so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time doing what you love.
In our program & app, you’ll find a collection of simple recipes, meal prep tips, and cooking videos that make cooking enjoyable and accessible.
Science-Based Nutrition Education
We aim to explain evidence-based nutrition strategies to bring clarity to the nutrition confusion that circles around online. From there, we empower you to experiment with what feels best in your body, and what works best for your lifestyle.
In other words: science-based information forms the base - but YOU choose what way-of-eating works best for your body.
We encourage a food-first approach to nutrition, including an emphasis on whole foods, balanced meals, and mindful eating practices that support your energy, health, and long-term wellbeing.

Kenzie focuses on creating sustainable habits that support health without sacrificing enjoyment. Known for her positive, creative approach, she helps clients navigate the ups and downs of nutrition and develop a nourishing relationship with food.

Chef Dawn Ludwig has devoted her career to helping people discover the fun, beauty, and delicious taste of natural foods. For 15 years, she owned and directed The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas, recognized as one of the top “Cutting Edge Cuisine” cooking schools in the United States.
Dawn has written on the subjects of nutrition and health for a variety of publications, including Whole Health Magazine, Natural Home, Austin Monthly, Austin Fit, and others. She has now teamed up with her husband, Dr. David Ludwig to bring you the chef quality recipes in the Bestselling book Always Hungry? and the companion cookbook Always Delicious.
