- Greek Style Mason Jar Salad 
- Black Bean Burrito Mason Jar Salad 
- Homemade Hummus (Option to Make it a Sun-dried Tomato Hummus) 
- And, Banana Walnut Overnight Oats (Optional to Make this a Chia Pudding Instead) 
Through the Week, You’ll Then Have….
- 5 x lunches (mason jar salads ) 
- 4 x breakfasts (for the remainder of the week) 
- And, a delicious plant-based fat dip (hummus) to serve with your favourite vegetables or crackers for a YUMMY snack!
